The Ministry of Energy awaits that Russia exports 520 million tons of oil in 2013, by 1% more than in 2012, the Minister A. Novak says. Under the forecast admitted before, the plan for oil production was 505-510 million tons. The index was increased in 2011 and 2012 as well. The growth is awaited also in 2013, as a result of the executed taxation policy aimed to stimulation of oil extraction coefficient and its enlargement, and stimulation of oil production at new deposits. However the forecasts are not changed as yet; they are planned for the long-term future, he adds.
