The Ministry of Energy awaits that Russia exports 520 million tons of oil in 2013, by 1% more than in 2012, the Minister A. Novak says. Under the forecast admitted before, the plan for oil production was 505-510 million tons. The index was increased in 2011 and 2012 as well. The growth is awaited also in 2013, as a result of the executed taxation policy aimed to stimulation of oil extraction coefficient and its enlargement, and stimulation of oil production at new deposits.
