The Russian Government has approved prolongation for 2014 of the agreement with Belarus on the mode of payment of export customs duties for exports from Belarus outside the Customs Union of oil and oil products on December 9 2013. The project of the protocol presupposes prolongation of the agreement on duties for 2014.
