The Azerbaijani state company SOCAR begins preparation for the construction of a new bitumen plant at the Baku Oil Refinery named after Heydar Aliyev, the message of SOCAR, posted on Tuesday on its website informs.
A site on the territory of the unfinished plant for the production of sulfur has been selected for bitumen unit. Other facilities located there are dismantled, waste metal transported.
