Rosneft offers shares in 10 shelf blocks to ONGC

The authority of India states that Rosneft offered shares in 10 geological exploration blocks at the shelf of the Barents and Black Seas to an investment subdivision of Indian ONGC, ONGC Videsh Ltd. (OVL), RBK writes citing Reuters.
“At present OVL studies preliminary data by Rosneft, aimed at defining preferred blocks for joint operation,” deputy Minister of Oil and Gas of India P.Lakshmi said.
She noticed that the question is about geological exploration of 9 blocks at the shelf of the Barents Sea and 1 – at the shelf of the Black Sea.
