Dvorkovich charges TGC-2 and "Gazprom" to agree on debt repayment until March 2.

"TGC-2 receives income from the production of electricity and heat, but, unfortunately, does not pay for gas at the same time, in our opinion, the actions of this company are conscious, purposeful", - CEO "Gazprom" Aleksey Miller complained to the RF Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev in October 2013. Three weeks later, MIA has opened a criminal case against TGC-2 for damage to "Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Yaroslavl" for more than 1 billion roubles. However, "Gazprom" cannot return all that debt. Now "Gazprom Mezhregiongaz" estimates the overdue debt is worth more than 10 billion roubles, and TGC-2 - 4.8 billion roubles, the representatives of the company state. At the end of September the outstanding debt of TGC-2 to suppliers and contractors - 6.5 billion roubles, its PSBU accounting informs.
