Transneft: oil export restores after January fall

After a decline in January 2016, Transneft restores oil exports. This was announced by president of Transneft Nikolai Tokarev on February 9, 2016.
In January 2016, Transneft reduced the oil export by 1 million tons, but by the beginning of February 2016, the monthly volume of exports returned to the level of 2015.
N. Tokarev sees in these fluctuations the influence of seasonal factors, uncertainty with prices and uncertain market prospects.
