The Federal Agency for State Property Management is not going to start Transneft privatization in 2013, but it is still going to sell a part of the state shareholding before 2016, the Deputy Minister of Economy Development, the Director of the Fund O. Dergunova says. For the covering of the shortfall in income of the budget at a rate of 480 billion rubles, the Government elaborates an additional list of objects for privatization in 2013.
