The Ministry of Energy and the Coal Industry hopes to lead Naftogaz Ukraine to break-even result in 2013, the Minister E. Stavitsky says. They have several suggestions, and are going to reach break-even point via reforming of the company. The Ministry forecasts that the Government will decide the financial plan of Naftogaz Ukraine before May.
