The Governor of Yugra has lobbied tax benefits for hard-extractable oil producers

The Governor of Yugra N. Komarova has participated in the final session of the grand college of the Ministry of Energy. The Minister A. Novak sums up the results of the work of the Russian oil and gas sector in 2013. Capital expenses to oil production were 900 billion rubles. Shifting in drilling increased by over 100 km. He also states the positive results of the tax benefits admitted at the federal level for the companies developing hard-extractable oil. He tells that they have the examples of the companies that have announced about the start of hard-extractable oil production in Yugra.
