On May 6, 2016, Berdymukhamedov held the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers; the TAPI main gas pipeline again was among the discussed issues.
This was reported by the administration of the President on May 9, 2016.
In January-April 2016, according to the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan B.Khodzhamammedov, the GDP growth amounted to 106.3%, including in the industry - 102.4%, construction - 105.6%, transport - 110.1%, trade - 116.7%, agriculture - 106%, services - 109.8%. The growth rate of the output was 103.2%.
The average monthly salary of large and medium-sized enterprises increased by 9.6% as compared to the same period in 2015.
The revenue part of the budget is 100.1% executed, the cost one - 90%.
