Azerbaijan is ready to offer its gas to Armenia

Azerbaijan can supply its gas to Armenia. The corresponding offer was made in connection with the increase in tariffs for the Russian gas. The President of SOCAR R. Abdullayev says that Azerbaijan is ready to help Armenia if it asks for help in gas issues.
On June 7 2013, the Commission for public services regulation of Armenia agred the new tariffs for gas supplies to consumers from Russia.
The Armenian GTS belongs to ArmRoggazprom, shared to 80% to Gazprom and 20% to the Government of Armenia.
