Russia and China are going to elaborate by 2014 the feasibility study of Tianjin oil refinery, the ambassador of Russia in China A. Denisov says. The intergovernmental agreement about cooperation in its construction and exploitation was signed in Moscow on March 22 2013. The feasibility study of Tianjin oil refinery will be elaborated by 2014, and it’s early to speak now about the dates and the next stages.
