Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov has signed the regulation about the termination of appointment of the Director of the state agency for management and use of hydrocarbon resources under the President of Turkmenistan Yagshygeldi Kakaev as deputy Chairman of the Cabinet Council.
