Bashneft brings new catalytic cracking naphtha hydrotreater into pilot production

Today, Bashneft has brought into pilot production a new catalytic cracking naphtha hydrotreater of the branch “Bashneft-UNPZ”. The Deputy Prime Minister, D.Sharonov, chairman of the Board of Directors of OJSC “Bashneft” ,Ph.Evtushenkov, company’s president A.Korsik, head of local administration, I.Yalalov took part in the ceremony, dedicated to the completion of a large investment project.

It is another scale project of an updating programme of the Ufa oil processing complex of Bashneft. So, the company will be able to switch to the production of Euro-5 compliant petrol with low content of sulphur (0.001%). It is said in a statement by Bashneft.
