UC “RusAl” forecasts price growth on aluminium over the next couple of months

On June 9th, the prices of aluminium on the LME exceeded $1900 per a ton for the first time over the last 10 months. The growth is expected to continue in the short term. It is caused by Indonesian ban on bauxite exports, 10% improvement in the demand in China and the reduction of resources on the London Metal Exchange, Metal Bulletin (London) reports.
