SOCAR to repair 4 units at Baku refinery

SOCAR has started repair work in parallel at four plants of the Baku oil refinery named after Heydar Aliyev. The cost of the modernization is estimated at $1 billion.
According to SOCAR, a list of repairs to be carried out at installations of primary oil refining, catalytic cracking, gradual coking and catalytic reforming was compiled, and range of issues for their implementation was defined.
