Independent oil company of Khudainatov not to receive money from National Welfare Fund for development of Payakha

The Russian Ministry of Economic Development has offered Independent oil company (NOC) of E.Khudaynatov to look different from the National Welfare Fund (NWF) sources to finance Payakha. This was stated by the Deputy Minister N.Podguzov on July 9, 2015.

Doesn’t success attend NOC of E.Khudaynatov any more?
