UC Rusal’s share in Zaporozhie aluminum plant falls to 29.5%

The share of the Russian company UC Rusal in Zaporozhie aluminum plant (ZALK), which has a stake in the Ukrainian company through Cyprus Velbay Holdings Limited, was reduced from 97.547% to 29.5363%, while the share of the State Property Fund grew from zero to 68.0095%, the enterprise reports.

According to it, ZALK received this information on July 8 with reference to the register dated July 2.

The Velbay Holdings’s package of shares fell from 607 446.012 thousand shares to 183 931.089 thousand shares, while the Fund’s package made up 423 514.923 thousand shares.
