Transneft Board of Directors will discuss the investment program for 2014 and for the period until 2018. The Premier D. Medvedev ordered on September 6th to the profile agencies to elaborate the suggestions on the freezing of the tariffs for natural monopolies in 2014. The decisions should be agreed with the participation of Gazprom, the Russian Railways and the Russian Networks. However some experts think that the freezing can touch some other monopolies as well.
