Oil price downturn has had a more serious impact on Russia than Western sanctions, Ulyukayev

The sanctions of the European Union and the West, imposed because of the events in the Ukraine, affect the Russian economy less than the drop in oil prices, which affect all the parameters of savings, income, credit, and commercial activity.
