In September, the oil companies Gazpromneft and Bashneft didn’t carry out their joint order from the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service and the Ministry of Energy, according to which they were told to sell through exchange 10% of the gasoline and 5% of diesel fuel they produced, SPIMEX reports.
