In September of this year, the Odessa refinery, controlled by VETEK, resumed its operation after a long period of inactivity, processed 58.8 thousand tons of oil.
In September, 72.9 thousand tons of Russian oil were delivered to the plant; the output of black oil made up 14.9 thousand tons.
