Statoil not to attract fresh funds for oil production in Russia

Norwegian producer company Statoil stated it did not need any extra-budgetary resources for drilling on the territory of Russia. The prospecting boreholes are on the Russian shelf.  The head of the press-service of an oil company stated about it. He said: “All the expenses for drilling of the wells refer to the calculation of expenditures for prospecting and exploration.”
