Claim of Rosneft’s affiliate against Transaero postponed for December 2015

On December 3rd 2015 the Arbitration Court of Moscow will start the main hearings by the claim of Rosneft’s affiliate RN-Transaero for 3.4 bln roubles.
VBRR and Koltsovo asked Transaero to pay 230 mln roubles in October 2015.
The Arbitration Court of Moscow was reported to start the hearings on November 10th 2015.
As of mid September 2015 the total debt of Transaero before Rosneft made up 4.2 bln roubles.
VTB Leasing demanded over $145 mln from Transaero, Aeroflot – 8.6 bln roubles, the state air corporation –over 700 mln roubles.
