Ulyukaev considers possible the privatization of Rosneft in 2016

The package of shares of Rosneft belonging to the Government might be sold in 2016, the Minister of Economic Development, A. Ulukaev, said.
There are various risks involved in the sale of large assets, by periods and cost.
If we make conservative assessments of the environment for the budget policy, it is reasonable to apply them to the privatization policy as well as it is directly connected with the budget as it allows to finance the budget deficit, the Minister said.
