Investments into Russian oil processing to make up about 1 trillion rubles before 2015

By 2020, the capacity of Russian oil-processing plants will make up about 400 million tons per year. This forecast was made by the Russian Minister of Energy Alexander Novak during the plenary session in St. Petersburg.
