Mechel will get covenant holidays from Sberbank

Mechel Group has achieved the agreement about covenant holidays until the end of 2014 on the bilateral credit lines raised in Sberbank of Russia for a total sum of 44.9 billion rubles or $1.36 billion.
The company is glad with support of the renewed strategy of Mechel development provided by the Bank. Obtaining of the agreement about covenant holidays will help the company to continue realization of the new strategy of development admitted last year and to overcome the period of volatility at the markets.
