Novosibirsk metallurgic plant n.a. Kuzmin asks to recognize it as a bankrupt

Application of the enterprise on self- bankruptcy has been published on site of the Commercial court of the Novosibirsk region. According to Chief of the enterprise’s Legal Department Yuri Korkh, the plant asks to recognize it as a bankrupt and has reasons for this. The company declined to comment on this decision.

Earlier the issue on self- bankruptcy of the Novosibirsk metallurgic plant n.a. Kuzmin has been brought up already. In 2009, the monitoring procedure was introduced at the plant. Then the enterprise was a part of Estar group. But in 2011, the enterprise stopped the bankruptcy process, an amicable agreement was concluded among the enterprise and creditors. As it was reported earlier, the plant undertook to pay the accounts payable in the amount of 1.596 billion rubles in the next ten years with respite of the first payment for three years.
