But the mechanism of the delivery is not clear so far.

As "the Kommersant" informs the cooperation between "Rosneft" and India's ONGC may not be limited to the negotiations on the admission of Indians in mining projects in Russia. During a visit of Vladimir Putin to Delhi the company may discuss the delivery of 3-5 million tons of oil per year to India through the Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean (ESPO) pipeline or through swap supplies. Although India is dependent on oil imports by 70% and is ready to diversify the supplies, it is difficult to organize: with the increase of exports to China the ESPO no longer has free volumes.
