On December 1 the Supreme Economic Court rejected Zaporozhye aluminum plant (ZaLK) to accept for consideration the cassation appeal against the decision of the Kiev Economic Court of Appeal and the decision of the Economic Court of Kiev with respect to termination of the contract of sale the company to the offshore company of "Rusal" (of Oleg Deripaska) VELBAY HOLDIGS LIMITED (the SECU judges board adopted the corresponding decision on October 29). The decision was published in the Unified State Register of judgments.
