The Ukraine is not going to give Russia guarantees of gas purchase

The Ukraine doesn’t intend to provide guarantees to the Russian Federation in terms of gas purchases, the Ukrainian Minister of Energy and Coal Industry Vladimir Demchishin stated in Kiev on Wednesday.
"At the moment, we don’t need to this (in the direction of the letter of guarantee) ... all conditions were spelled out in a tripartite protocol (for the gas supply)", - he said.
