Lukoil will buy from Petronas 9.99% in the Shah Deniz project instead of 15.5%

Lukoil will reduce the stake it acquires from Petronas in the Shah Deniz project from 15.5% to 9.99% after negotiations with project partners on the issue of property rights, the company said.
