Average Urals price in 2015 fell by almost twice

​In 2015 the average price for Urals fell by almost twice against 2014 and made up $51.23/barrel, the expert of the Ministry of Finance, A. Sakovich, says.

In 2014 the average Urals price was $97.6/barrel having fallen by 9.53% against 2013.

In December 2015 the average Urals price made up $36.42/barrel against $61.07 in December 2014.

The Ministry of Economic Development forecasts the oil price of $50/barrel in 2015-2016. The oil price is the same in the project of the budget of Russia for 2016.
