In 2013, the Ukraine increased export of cast iron and ferroalloys

In 2013, the total export of Ukrainian cast iron and ferroalloys grew by 1.1% as compared with 2012 and made up $1.7 billion, the Ukrainian Ministry of Revenue and Duties’ press centre reports. “We see insignificant increase of these goods export by 1.1% as compared with 2012,” – the Ministry reports.

According to the Ministry of Revenue and Duties’ statistics, last year the export of cast iron was $823 million and ferroalloys - $906 million. In turn, the import of these products made up $6 million and $318 million respectively.
