Petrochemical complex of “Tatneft” produced 12.5 mln. tyres in 2013

The enterprises of a petrochemical complex of “Tatneft” produced 12.5 million units of tyres, 108.9 thousand tons of technical carbon, 414 die sets and 520 thousand tons of cast products. This information was announced  during the conference.

The realization of the project on an increase of production capacities KAMA EURO and Viatti up to 1.3 million units of tyres per year has been completed at OJSC “Nizhnekamskshina”. There has been carried out a reconstruction of the electric motor drive of the rubber mixing line MX-7 at the truck tyres production plant. The updating of OJSC “Nizhnekamsktekhuglerod” is also continuing. The project on the provision of the enterprises of Tatneft with domestic water has been finished.

The specialists of OOO “Research and Development Centre “Kama” have designed 97 projects of new typical sizes of tyres. The 30 typical sizes of tires have been commercialized. The development of 78 tyres is in the plans in 2014.
