Transneft’s investment program until 2020 will be discussed at the session headed by the Premier D. Medvedev in the near future, the Vice Premier A. Dvorkovich says. The program has enough sources of financing for the full-fledged provision of the broadening of the ESPO up to Chinese border in the necessary parameters.
