The Ukraine to buy Azerbaijani gas

The Ukrainian authorities plan to resume implementation of LNG-terminal project and intend to start repeat negotiations on gas supply to the terminal with Azerbaijan.

A return to the project considerations is connected with the fact that Russia isn’t going to give a long-term gas discount to the Ukraine. The LNG import through the Bosphorus strait is tied with certain difficulties that’s why supply of Azerbaijani gas on Black Sea’s routes is considered as the main source of fuel for the terminal.
