FAS has accused Gazprom mezhregiongas Omsk of the abuse of its position in the region.
FAS has accused Gazprom mezhregiongas Omsk of the violation of the law on competition defense.
It was found out that the company had violated the order of restriction and termination of gas supply to the boiler houses Heat Generating Complex due to the non-payment. The order was approved by the Government regulation.
The actions of Gazprom’s affiliate are treated as the abuse of its dominant position.
