Lukoil disagrees that oil industry needs support from the state

Russian oil industry is not sick and doesn’t require government support, it needs stability. This opinion was expressed by the first executive vice-president of Lukoil Ravil Maganov at the State Duma within conference on "The price of oil and new opportunities of the Russian economy".

"In this difficult time, Russia must keep such important areas as energy. The oil industry, despite the crisis, is not sick, it doesn’t need state support. It needs stability. Since we can’t influence the external factors, we need to analyze the internal ones. And we have such factors,"- he said.
