The sale of Bashneft’s shares to be proved invalid?

The Charity Fund “Ural” has demanded “Ural Invest” to prove the deal on the sale of Bashneft’s shares invalid.

According to the lawyer, A. Latypov, such a development of the situation will become a logical continuation of the decision of the Arbitration Court of Moscow on the collection of shares of Bashneft in favor of the Government.

Previously Pronedra wrote that 50% plus 1 share of the company would stay at Rosimuschestvo. The claim of Ural Fund states that after the Court’s decision all the following deals with the shares of Bashneft should be proved invalid. The lawyer stated that the proceedings by the claim hadn’t started as yet.
