Court has transferred the property of S. Kurchenko’s oil refinery to Ukrtransnefteprodukt

The Primorsky district Court of Odessa has approved the transfer of portable property of the Odessa oil refinery and belonging to “Energy and gas Ukraine” Ltd objects for storage and operational management to the Government represented by Ukrtransnefteprodukt GC.

Ukrtransnefteprodukt addressed to the Prosecutor’s Office of the Odessa region asking to be transferred the portable property on Jan 25th.

The Court transferred the open distribution unit -110 kW and non-residential buildings of the energy block – cogeneration unit for combined generation of heat and electric energy with the utilization of atmospheric residue of visbreaking that provide the functioning of the Odessa oil refinery.

The Primorsky district Court of Odessa arrested this property on Jan 19th.

The Court approved the transfer of capital assets and land of the Odessa oil refinery on November 13th 2015 explaining the decision by the fact that the Odessa oil refinery can’t provide the respective conditions of property storage to maintain its technical state.

The Minister of Energy Demchishin confirms the intention of Ukrtransnefteprodukt to renew the operation of the Odessa oil refinery.
