Kommersant managed to get acquainted with the plans of Rosneft connected with the consolidation of BP-TNK assets. The state company separates seven regions with “the key synergies” in extraction, the sources close to the integration committee reported. The first one is Urals-Volga region, where the reserves of BP-TNK subsidiaries make up 470 million tons (C1+C2) and the extraction – about 20 million tons; they hold 125 licenses.
