The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) has granted the "daughter" of "Gazpromneft" "Gazpromneft Khantos" the right to acquire a 100% stake in LLC "Burneftegaz", the agency reported on Friday. "Bashneft" has also filed the application, Dmitry Makhonin, the Head of FAS, told "Vedomosti". According to him, the request will be considered after the company provides all the necessary documents. The spokesmen for both companies declined to comment. A source in one of them states that "Burneftegaz" has not yet been sold.
