The Board of Directors of “Gazpromneft” has taken a decision on an attraction of syndicated credit from a number of banks at a total $2.15 billion, is said in the materials of the company.
The credit period makes up 5 years since the first sample date. The interest rate is Libor+1.5% of annual interest.
