In 2014, Kazakhstan increases raw oil export duties from $60 per ton to $80 per ton, the Minister of Economy and Budget Planning of the state E. Dosayev says in his report on the budget-2014. Enlargement in customs rate for hydrocarbons exports will promote growth in income to the budget of Kazakhstan. Under the new budget, average annual oil rate increases from $90 to $95 per ton. The planned hydrocarbons yield for the year remained 83 million tons of oil and 41 billion cubic m of gas. Last year Kazakhstan extracted 81.7 million tons of oil, by 3.2% more than in 2012.
