Gazprom to cut dividends by ¼

The dividends of Gazprom for 2014 might be reduced by 28.4% against 2013 and make up 122 bln roubles, Vedomosti writes referring to the explanatory note of the Ministry of Finance to the corrected budget for 2015. The document says that the correction has been made due to the financial results of Gazprom’s activity in 2014.
Gazprom didn’t answer. The Ministry of Finance refused to comment.
Gazprom spends 25% of the company’s net profit under RAS for dividends. Gazprom hasn’t yet published its financial results under RAS for 2014.
Gazprom’s profit under RAS per share in Q1-Q3 2014 made up 24.24 roubles. In Q1-Q3 2013 it was 37.42 roubles, by 35% more.
