13 billion cubic meters of gas disappeared from the underground storages of the Ukraine

The actual and accounting quantity of gas in the underground storages of NAK “Naftogas Ukraine” differs by 13 billion cubic meters.

Prime Minister of Ukraine A.Yatsenyuk said.

“There are 7.2 billion cubic meters of gas in the underground storage of Naftogas, but there must be 20 billion cubic meters. It is not me, who stole that gas,” he said.

The amount of marketable gas made up 14.765 billion cubic meters in the Ukrainian underground storages, as of December 31, 2013 (13.952 bln cubic meters-Ukrtransgas, 0.813 bln. cubic meters-Chernomorneftegas).
