Final joint has been welded at Suzun-Vankor oil pipeline

​RN-Vankor completes the construction of the linear part of the interfield oil pipeline Suzun-Vankor – the final joint of the pipeline has been welded. The construction works have been held since December 2014.

The length of the pipeline which connected the Suzun and Vankor deposits is 99 km, pipe diameter – 530 mm. aiming for the minimization of the influence on the frozen soil, reliability and stability of the oil pipeline, the thermal stabilization technology is applied.

All requirements of environmental protection have been met at the construction. The works were held in winter.

The launch of the interfield oil pipeline Suzun- Vankor is accompanies with the launch of other objects of the first complex of the Suzun deposit – clusters of oil wells, oil preparation unit, and other objects of production and auxiliary meaning.
