Lukoil-Perm increased oil extraction by almost 4% in Q1 2017 to 3.8 mln tons

Lukoil’s affiliate - Lukoil-Perm – in Q1 2017 extracted 3.809 mln tons of oil, which is by 3.7% higher than in Q1 2016.
