The change of government in the Federal Republic of Germany may result in an increase of gas export from the Russian Federation

The change of government in West Germany during the forthcoming elections may result in new energy reforms. The Russian gas export to West Germany may also increase. An expert for energy of the German nongovernmental agency Germanwatch O.Kaspar said. The party-winner of the elections will establish a federal government, headed by a chancellor. The national government of the Christian Democratic Party and Free Democratic Party hold power at present.
